Welcome to a unique log house on two levels that is built in recycled material on a lovely plot in a rural environment just outside Floda center. Here you can soak up the sun and take a dip in the 22 m2 large pool (2.6 x 6 m) which holds 27 degrees comfortable heat and is 1.4 m deep. The pool deck has both comfortable sun loungers and a sofa group where you can relax and enjoy your holiday. Adjacent to the pool there is a charming conservatory where you can have dinner together or take an afternoon nap in the daybed. Also a perfect place for the children / young people to retreat when they want to be at peace. The villa's entrance floor has an open floor plan with nice visible beams. It houses a beautiful modern kitchen, dining area and living area with TV corner (Apple TV). Two bedrooms, one of which has a modern sofa bed and the other a double bed, there is also a guest toilet. Downstairs with separate entrance from the outside, (perfect if you are two couples or have young people who want to be raw about themselves) there is another larger room with sleeping alcove with double bed and living room with sofas and TV. No door between the bedroom and the living room. The lower floor also houses a bathroom with shower and sauna as well as a laundry room. Only 2 km to two nice bathing places by the lake Sävelången. Drängeredsbadet has a nice sandy beach and jetty. The villa's plot borders the Nature Reserve so you have the fantastic walking area right outside the door. The hiking trail Gotaleden, which is a total of 71 km and runs between Gothenburg and Alingsås, also passes your holiday home. Maybe you want to hike some stages? You are close to several shops, both meat and fish shop are available if you want to cook the food yourself. If you want to skip cooking some evening, Floda has three really good restaurants, two of which are in the White Guide. If you want to get to the entertainment city of Gothenburg, you can do it easily in about 30 minutes. Choose if you want to take a car, train or bus. On a separate part of the plot there is a small house that is rented out by the owner to a quiet tenant. The villa is located about 200 m from the railway tracks, where some freight trains can be heard during the day if you are out. The house has alarm cameras, which are covered during the rental period. Welcome to a spacious and well-equipped house with a beautiful location and a wonderful outdoor pool!
